Role Overview

The Global Program Leader, Diagnostics, will oversee strategic direction, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement in the diagnostics domain. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing diagnostics-related projects, and driving innovation to ensure equitable access to cutting-edge health technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute diagnostics programs aligned with global health goals.
• Collaborate with public and private sector partners to develop scalable solutions.
• Provide leadership in advocacy efforts to advance diagnostic technologies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public health, medical sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in diagnostics or global health program management.

2. Project Director – Safestart +

Location: Abuja

The Project Director will lead the Safestart + initiative, a critical project aimed at improving maternal and child health outcomes through innovative strategies and community-based interventions. This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Safestart + project, from planning to implementation.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
• Ensure the project achieves measurable impact within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing large-scale health projects.
• Expertise in maternal and child health programs is highly desirable.

3. Driver – Rotary Health Communities Challenge (RHCC)

Location: Abuja

Role Overview

The Driver will support the Rotary Health Communities Challenge (RHCC) project by ensuring safe and reliable transportation for staff, goods, and materials. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to supporting PATH’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient transportation services for project activities.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure timely servicing.
• Assist in logistics, including loading and unloading project materials.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience, preferably in an NGO or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is an added advantage.
