The Grassroots Researchers Association (GRA) is pleased to announce a job recruitment opportunity for four essential positions within our organization. Established in 2016 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, GRA is a nonprofit and non-political rights-based organization dedicated to facilitating evidence-based grassroots initiatives that promote development, justice, and victim support across communities in Nigeria. Our mission is to mobilize grassroots efforts to enhance the overall quality of human life and advance social justice.

1. Program & MEAL Coordinator

Locations: Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program implementation, ensuring alignment with GRA’s mission.
  • Develop Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to promote program sustainability.

2. Finance & Admin Coordinator

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Borno

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial resources, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Oversee administrative functions to support program operations.
  • Prepare financial reports and budget forecasts.

3. Research Coordinator

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Borno

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to inform GRA’s programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Produce research reports to support evidence-based decision-making.

4. Communication Coordinator

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Borno

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote GRA’s work.
  • Manage social media and public relations activities.
  • Create content for reports, newsletters, and other communication materials.
